• Build out of a new office space with a 3,800 sf H-3 high-hazard chemical storage and aerosol space. Entailed construction of 33 offices, 4 conference rooms, 2 sound attenuating video production/marketing studios, restrooms, and a kitchen. Included custom finishes, cabinets, and fixtures.
