• 48,000 SF building, 7 acres of site development

• Construction of a new 48,000 square foot auto sales and service facility. This building was constructed in two phases to allow for business operations to function within their existing building at full capacity throughout the project duration. Development of 7 acres of sitework including pervious pavers and 60” diameter underground infiltration tank system. Building demolition of the existing facility was completed as part of the second phase.
