• Interior and exterior renovation of an occupied dealership. The work included removals and installations of large format tile, walls, cloud soffits, glass wall assemblies, restroom renovations, installation of new stainless steel grand stair, rotary photo booth for autos, film applied studio, electrical & mechanical upgrades throughout first and second sales floors including a mezzanine shared between floors.

  Exterior improvements to removal and install of a new Archway signage, patio paver installation with under paver heat system, entire parking lot replacement, installation of electric vehicle charging stations, repairs and painting of garage ramp, and 110-ton AC replacement.

  The work needed to be coordinated inside and out with multiple phases factoring customer and staff safety, maintain a continued access to infrastructure, monitor noise levels during construction, off hours installations, and coordination of geometric patterns between phased spaces.
